TECHNOLOGY

Our technical department is formed by highly qualified engineers that further ensure the quality and usability of Altamira's products. All projects are developed using on-site collected data, which provides a layout that integrates to the need for logistics, thus promoting an efficient systemic process. All Altamira products are manufactured with structural steel, with high percentages of copper and chromium, resistant to corrosion and also go through automated processes with stamping combined with the automatic drilling. In addition, all products receive spray bath, ensuring a complete and uniform phosphate coating.

Since 1980, the company has been a pioneer in the process of electrostatic powder coating, which guarantees all its parts a high mechanical strength and a uniform coating, since the powder adheres perfectly to the parts even in areas of difficult access, such as cavities and corners.
